Common issues and troubleshooting

Double-check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, try a different payment method. For ongoing problems, reach out to us at support@bloom.diy.
Try refreshing your dashboard. If your plan hasn’t updated within a few minutes of payment, contact us at support@bloom.diy and we’ll get it sorted.
Upgrading to a higher plan adds the difference in credits, not a full new allocation. If you’ve upgraded and your credit balance looks incorrect, contact us at support@bloom.diy.
